How do I create a DJ profile?
Sign up as a DJ, complete your profile with bio, genres, and rates, then upload a profile photo to start receiving booking requests.
How do I book a DJ?
Browse DJs, view their profiles, and submit a booking request. The DJ will respond within 48 hours.
How are payments handled?
Mix-Match uses Stripe for secure payments. A 5% platform fee applies. DJs receive 95% via Stripe Connect.
How do contracts work?
When a booking is confirmed, Mix-Match generates a contract automatically. Download a PDF from your Bookings page.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, click Forgot Password and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within minutes.
How do I cancel a booking?
Contact the other party via Messages and email support@beatmatch.app for cancellation assistance.
